• Family-villa triple or qua-triple occupancy
• Upgrading possible by surcharge payment (due to availability)
• In low-season automatic upgrade to best possible villa

Times & Transfer

• Check in time : 14.00 hour
• Early check in without charge (depending on availability)
• Check out time : 12.00 hour
• Late check out without charge (depending on availability)

Cancellation

• A written notification no later than 40 days prior to booked date is needed
• Niramaya will confirm the cancellation in writing
• In case of no-show, two nights of the villa booked will be charged

• Non smoking policy violation: surcharge 1 night for cleaning & 1 night for follower payback
• All boat rides are subject of weather and tide conditions
